Cancellation Policy

 

To ensure the best experience for all guests, we kindly ask that reservations be honored or cancelled in advance.

Reservations
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the reservation time.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Reservations cancelled within 24 hours or guests who do not arrive may be subject to a $45 per person cancellation fee.

Large Parties (8 or More Guests)
Large party reservations require 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a $45 per guest fee.

 

Cooking Classes & Special Events
Due to limited seating, tickets are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event. However, reservations may be transferred to another guest if you cannot attend.

Running Late
Please call the bistro if you are running late. We hold reservations for 15 minutes past the scheduled reservation time. After 15 minutes the reservation may be cancelled and may be considered a late cancellation under our policy.
